01. Cultural Compliance
Users of this platform agree to adhere to the cultural guidelines provided in the dress code and local etiquette guides. Failure to respect local Afghan customs can result in immediate termination of support.
02. Logistics & Risk
Traversing Afghanistan involves inherent risk. InAfghanistan provides intelligence and logistical facilitation but does not assume liability for security events or political shifts. Travelers must verify all ground intelligence via official government channels.
03. The Ejaza-nama Clause
It is the traveler's responsibility to carry their official physical travel permit (Ejaza-nama) at all times. InAfghanistan is not responsible for border delays or checkpoint questioning if required documentation is not presented.
04. Booking Hub Logic
Flight and hotel bookings are facilitated via third-party white-label providers (e.g., Aviasales, Jetradar). All transactional disputes must be resolved through the respective carrier or lodging provider.
